I just found a very useful plugin which can be used on any wordpress blog. The plugin adds a job board to your wordpress blog, where you can offer different jobs to your readers. You can also advertise jobs on your blog. You can see a demo here http://www.wppluginsblog.net/jobs/. It is a job board where users can offer and find different jobs. A one click installation plugin called “Job Manager” can do this in a few minutes. It is free and you can use it for life time. However the only disadvantge of the plugin is that user can’t post jobs directly, but they will have to send all the information to the admin of the blog. Admin can then post jobs from the Dashboard.
When you install the plugin it will automatically add a page with the name “Jobs”. It will then look like the following link http://www.yourdomain.com/jobs/
How to Add Job Board To WordPress Blog?
1. Download Job Manager Plugin, Install and Activate.
2. Go to Dashboard>Job Manager>Add Jobs
You can add jobs from here. Write title, salary and information about the job.
You can configure the plugin from Dashboard>Job Manager>Settings>
You can edit your existing jobs from Dashboard>Job Manager>Jobs > area.
As you can see in the Demo, the job has “Apply Now” link in the botton. Using that link one can apply to a job and send you details. All those applications for applying to a job are saved in “Applications” area. You can access all application from Dashboard>Job Manager>Applications.
You can find all emails of job applicants at Job Manager>Emails>.
You can even start interviews for a job.
Using this plugin you can provide easy platform for bloggers and webmasters to advertise and apply for jobs. However it can be used on any blog. It is compatible with WordPress 2.9 and higher version.
